Most of the fabrics and trims we offer are in stock and ready to ship. All orders ship directly from the brands we represent, as we do not stock yardage in-house.
If an item you purchase is temporarily out of stock or placed on backorder, we will notify you promptly. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed in order to secure your order with the manufacturer.
When a backordered item is expected to be available soon, you will have the option to wait for the incoming shipment or cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
Please note that backorder dates are estimates and are subject to change; we will notify you if there are any updates.
In some cases, a mill may discontinue a pattern or colorway. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to identify a suitable alternative or arrange a cancellation if preferred.
